Cancellation Policy

The customer may cancel the order/s within 24 hours of making the purchase (i.e. date of Invoice) by replying to the confirmation email received or by simply calling at the store for assistance. 

Return & Exchange Policy

1. 25% deduction on the sale/billed value (excluding GST) will be refunded on requests received by the customer
2. Refund shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of confirmation of return by Jagat Jewels
3. In case of exchange of the products, 15% deduction on the sale/billed value (excluding GST) will be refunded on requests received by the customer.
4. Refund/Return shall only be granted after due examination of product by the quality control team and shall be issued by way of an “Account Payee “ cheque /NEFT/RTGS /Credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking) or any other suitable mode of bank transfer. Refund shall be issued only in favor of the person whose name was mentioned on the Invoice at the time of sale.
5. All returns should be intimated to us within 2 days of receiving the products. After that we do not accept returns.
